Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a thriving organization. Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases. Prepare, organize, and maintain employee files and other confidential records. Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing onboarding packets, collecting required documentation, and coordinating orientation schedules. Verify and process employment paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy. Provide administrative support to management and office staff. Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Scan, file, copy, and organize both electronic and paper documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or data entry role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
