Support client communication through timely responses, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support. Assist with clerical duties including word processing, preparing reports. Handle general administrative responsibilities like calendar management, scheduling meetings. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills. Experience with office management procedures and administrative experience in a professional setting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, data entry tools, and productivity software. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
