Job Description
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Associate provides compassionate customer service and administrative support to families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for assisting customers in person, by telephone, and via email; processing documentation and merchandise orders; maintaining accurate records; and supporting the daily operations of the office. The successful candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing courteous and respectful service.Compensation Data:
Non-exempt hourly position with a pay range of $18.00- $22.
Hours:
Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.
- 12:00 p.

Greet and assist customers at the counter, via email and telephone. Process and record merchandise orders. Provide exceptional customer service with all interactions. Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities. Perform filing, typing and records management. Provide general office administration support. What you will need to succeed:Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. One to three years of data entry, office administration experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Working knowledge of database software.Competencies:
Exceptional customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and perform occasional duties outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work on-site, in-person including some Saturdays. Ability to operate an electronic typewriter to complete required forms. Ability to learn Contact Management System/Database. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures.Physical Demands:
Prolonged sitting. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. Ability to work outdoors as needed. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Ability to use close vision and adjust visual focus.Work Environment:
This position requires on-site, in-person work and is not eligible for remote work. Must be able to work rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Why Join CCA:
