$27.00 - $35.00 per hour We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support onboarding and administrative needs for our Field Operations team. This role directly supports the Administration Services Manager and Field Operations recruiting team by keeping our people organized and moving forward. This role is based between our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Support new hires and Day 1 readiness for all field operations personnel, including reporting instructions, locations confirmation, and required paperwork Support Day 1 field operations onboarding at ALF on a weekly basis Keep the field operations workforce tracking system updated daily and ensure hiring data is entered and accurate Communicate onboarding status and workforce updates to the Administrative Services Manager and internal partners Support field operations recruitment, including verifying hiring dates, job classifications, pay rates, and referrals Assist with general administrative duties as neededYour Expertise Required:
You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or team operations support roleRequired:
You are proficient with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyRequired:
You have experience managing a high volume of administrative tasks across multiple responsibilitiesBonus Points:
You have experience providing administrative support for field operations or union workforces in a construction environmentBonus Points:
