Job Description
Property Management Administrative Assistant Faler Realty Group is the property management division of a family-owned real estate investment company serving the greater Dayton area. Our portfolio consists exclusively of company-owned single-family homes, condominiums, and apartment communities. We are seeking a personable, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our property management office. This position assists with a variety of office and resident-related functions and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position; however, scheduling can be flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls Assist with resident communication and customer service Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Support accounts payable and general office administration Assist with lease, resident, and property file organization Monitor and respond to emails and office correspondence Communicate with vendors, contractors, and residents in a professional manner Assist with scheduling, data entry, and operational support tasks Help maintain organized office systems and workflows Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned Qualifications Prior office, administrative, customer service, or property management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling phones, email communication, and computer-based office tasks Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems preferred Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Job Type Part-time with potential for future growth W-2 employee position Benefits Flexible scheduling Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift Work Location In office
