The purpose of the support services campus is to eliminate obstacles and provide support to help our entrepreneurs succeed. Support service employees assist entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams through finance, accounting, IT, and other back-office operations.
Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Safety Program Administrator is the strategic architect of our safety culture. This employee will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across our nationwide network of local companies and distribution centers. The Safety Program Administrator's mission is to transform regulatory requirements into actionable practices while serving as a high-level advisor to local leadership. Exceptional patience, perseverance, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Minimum Qualifications3+ years of progressive experience in occupational safety or risk managementCompletion of advanced safety certification programs and a deep functional knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and database management.
Experience with IBM systems and specialized safety platforms (Otis/Summit) is preferred. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Business, or a related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows or enhance training materials.

Strategic Oversight & ComplianceRegulatory Leadership:
Act as the primary advisor for OSHA inspections—providing guidance before, during, and after visits to minimize risk and ensure total compliance.Reporting Excellence:
Oversee the lifecycle ofOSHA 300/300A
reporting, including annual production, electronic filing, and supporting Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) submissions.Regulatory Intelligence:
Stay up to date on shifting OSHA, insurance, and regulatory mandates, translating complex updates into clear, actionable communication for stakeholders.Training & Program DevelopmentCurriculum Design:
Create and deliver high-impact safety training for Company Presidents and staff.Adaptive Learning:
Manage the safety onboarding process, making data-driven decisions to adjust training timelines and requirements based on specific local company needs.Risk Mitigation & PerformanceTelematics Integration:
Partner with local companies to optimize telematics data, integrating it into a cohesive safety strategy that demonstrates measurable improvements in driver behavior and fleet safety.Claim Response:
Coordinate targeted safety retraining for personnel involved in claims, either directly or through delegation to the Safety Training Specialist.Risk Management Synergy:
Work cross-functionally with the Risk Management team to ensure a unified message to health and safety.Leadership & Relationship ManagementStakeholder Influence:
Build deep, professional relationships with local companies to foster a culture of cooperation, respect, and proactive safety participation.Mentorship:
