Job Description

Inn at Northwood Village is looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Administrative Assistant to support our employee onboarding, orientation, training, and personnel file processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping new employees feel welcome and prepared as they begin their employment. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding new employees from hire through orientation Prepare and maintain employee personnel files Ensure new hire paperwork and required documentation are completed Assist with new employee orientation Coordinate and track required employee training Maintain accurate training and certification records Assist with background checks and pre-employment requirements Assist managers with employee training and documentation Maintain confidentiality of employee information Help with general administrative duties and projects as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, office, human resources, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Self-motivated and able to work independently Dependable and able to follow through on tasks and deadlines High school diploma or equivalent required Join a team where your work directly helps our employees start their careers with confidence and ensures our team is prepared to provide excellent care and service to our residents.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
