Administrative Assistant -
Housing North Pay:
$20-$22/hour

At Ability Matters, we help individuals with autism and developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives in their communities. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support while helping coordinate projects, manage data, support technology initiatives, and assist the individuals and families we serve. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact every day.
What You'll Do Keep Daily Operations Running Smoothly:
Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and administrative tasks that support teams across the organization.
Support Innovation & Projects:
Assist with software implementation, technology training, and operational projects that improve efficiency and service delivery.
Manage Data & Reporting:
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports while helping leadership make informed decisions through accurate data.
Train & Support Staff:
Help employees learn and utilize technology systems while providing friendly, responsive support. Contribute to
Direct Services:
Spend 20-25 hours each week working directly with individuals, to stay connected to the consumer experience and understand the impact of services firsthand.
Build Strong Relationships:
Communicate with staff, families, and community partners while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
