Job Description
The Advisor Consulting Coordinator supports the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the Advisor Consulting team in driving assets under management (AUM) by coordinating meetings, developing presentations, and providing high-quality administrative and operational support that contributes to a data-driven organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a solid understanding of the investment management industry. In addition to supporting Advisor Consulting, this position collaborates with other executives and serves as a key member of the Administrative Team. Primary Responsibilities Provide organizational and administrative support for business initiatives, including meeting coordination, data organization, client visit logistics, and preparation of materials. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and programs?managing invitations, agendas, attendee coordination, and related budgets. Serve as a liaison and support resource for internal partners, including National Accounts, Retirement Planning Services, Private Wealth Management, Operations, Marketing, and Fulfillment. Manage and track internal projects and initiatives as assigned, including data management and support. Contribute to the Administrative Team by proactively communicating, sharing resources, owning project initiatives for continuous improvement, and providing backup coverage for teammates during vacations and breaks. Participate in planning and executing company-wide events in collaboration with the Events Committee. Support the SVP of Distribution and Advisor Consulting leadership by managing calendars, monitoring emails and voicemails, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing urgent communications. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely expense reports. Critical Success Factors Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
