Job Description

Job Overview:
We seek a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations by managing communication with vendors and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative work, excellent organizational skills, and a preferred knowledge of car parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with vendors via email and phone to address inquiries and follow up on credits. Input invoices accurately into our system, ensuring all data is correct and up to date. Maintain organized records of all vendor communications, transactions, and credits. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions. High school diploma Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Managemnet experience
Skills:
Excel:
Proficient in using Excel for data entry and record keeping.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Data Entry:
Accurate and efficient data entry skills to ensure all records are up to date and correct.
