Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate data entry records using Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and proofreading correspondence for accuracy Handle bookkeeping duties including invoice processing and expense tracking with attention to detail Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistance tasks as needed Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in person while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Experience Previous office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy essential for daily tasks; Google Drive experience a plus Experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred but not required Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client and staff interactions Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and accurately manage data entry and data management tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents make a real difference! Pay:
