Responsibilities Responsible for day to day operations of the Lodge Payroll Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using spreadsheets and productivity software Handle client communication efficiently through phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure outstanding customer service and support Utilize computer skills to prepare documents, proofread correspondence, and perform word processing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Billing Support clerical functions including typing reports, managing office supplies inventory, and assisting with technical proficiency tasks like troubleshooting basic computer issues Maintain high levels of organization through effective filing systems, document management, and time management practices Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems Prior experience with QuickBooks online Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone communication skills and professionalism in all interactions Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clerical tasks like proofreading and typing Compliance experience
