- Organize, file, and update physical and digital documents to ensure accurate and accessible records. Perform General Clerical Tasks
- Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution to support office operations. Assist Visitors and Staff
- Provide front‑desk support, greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage Office Supplies
- Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and maintain organized storage areas. Support Scheduling and Coordination
- Assist with meeting coordination, calendar updates, and preparation of meeting materials. Prepare Basic Reports
- Compile information, update spreadsheets, and assist with routine reporting tasks. Assist with HR and onboarding duites Collaborate With Team Members
- Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to support ongoing projects and office needs.
