Senior Administrative Assistant Onsite, Grove City, Ohio $44-48k Position Summary Provides administrative and clerical support to department leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, recordkeeping, and general office operations. Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and confidential handling of information. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, filing, data entry, scheduling, and office supply coordination. Maintain records, process updates, and prepare reports and departmental communications. Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting schedules. Coordinate assignments, events, conferences, and special projects. Communicate with committees, officers, staff, and external contacts. Process expense reports and reimbursement documentation. Provide administrative support to additional departments as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative support preferred. Advanced computer proficiency and strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience handling confidential information. #
