$23•$25
Per Hour Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8am•5pm Position Overview Under the guidance of the Service Coordination Manager, the Service Coordinator acts as an extension of our field service operations. This position is responsible for processing of work orders for all customers for the branch location and entry of applicable data in operating systems to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing of the work of our field service technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience by managing customer interactions, coordinating new equipment installations, following up on service requests, and handling invoicing with accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and brings strong problem-solving skills to every situation. Job Duties (Including, but not limited to): Receiving and answering calls from customers for breakdowns or service requests.

Evaluating and prioritizing for appropriate technician and time slot. Keeping customers informed of current service call status in accordance with procedures. Review completed work orders for each division of the branch regularly throughout the day. Monitor and manage WIP (Work in Progress) by updating work order notes and utilizing appropriate status codes. Process invoices accurately in the business system based on specific customer billing requirements. Close and invoice scheduled maintenance work orders, and update SM Masters as necessary. Verify that all work order information is accurate and work with Service Technicians to resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate as necessary with other internal departments to ensure positive customer experience. Work with sales team and service technicians to coordinate new equipment installations, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and execution. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) or more years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support Problem-solving skills with a proactive customer-focused mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Advanced data entry skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-changing environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively both as part a team and independently Benefits Competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability Company paid short-term disability insurance 401k retirement plan with company match Employee Discount Program Volunteer Time Off Paid Time Off Referral Bonus Fun, competitive & team-oriented company culture
