In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Your technical proficiency and strong organizational skills will help streamline our mail handling operations, supporting overall office productivity. Duties Scan, sort, and process incoming mail using high-speed scanners and manual methods Accurately enter data from scanned documents into databases, ERP systems, and/or spreadsheets Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of documents Handle confidential information with discretion, following company privacy protocols Support order entry and data collection tasks to ensure timely processing of correspondence Assist with transcription tasks, including converting scanned images into editable Word documents Requirements Proven experience with data entry in Excel, spreadsheets, and database systems Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Familiarity with ERP systems and office productivity software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills for verifying quantities and calculations during mail processing Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining accuracy in all tasks This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced office environment while sharpening their administrative expertise.
