We seek a highly organized individual for a Human Resource Administrator position at our Corporate office located in Independence . This is a great opportunity for a recent college grad who has strong computer and math skills and who is seeking a career in Human Resources. Candidates should have a 4-year college degree, excellent communication skills, and excellent computers skills. You will work with our team to administer benefit plans, ensure HR compliance and provide support to our branch offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering health, dental and vision benefit plans Assisting branch offices with compliance with Federal and State employment laws Manage payroll tasks, including time card imports and payroll account reconciliation Research and resolve account discrepancies Manage Federal, State and City employment reporting Administer unemployment claims, child support and garnishment issues Work with team members to improve HR processes The ideal candidate will possess: Undergraduate degree preferred Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and have the ability to multi-task
