Part Job Description Office Coordinator The Office coordinator will effectively communicate and interact with other office staff, clients and home health aides while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Answering and properly handling phone calls promptly and professional. Greeting, directing and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Filing forms in correct employee and client charts. Making Monthly calls to all At Home Healthcare clients to make sure their services are running smoothly and satisfactorily. Maintaining and organizing office supplies. Creating, editing, and maintaining office forms. Updating the forms tracking sheet, communicating with our printing company, and ordering forms when needed. Updating our job postings on Indeed. Calling potential home health aide candidates, and scheduling interviews at our Kent, Akron and Canton locations. Communicating with home health aides and their schedules, clients etc. Communicating with clients regarding their schedules, home health aides and any other needs. Keeping track of and updating the Passport criminal records roster binder. Comparing the roster with all employee charts to make sure we have received their BCI. Separating and readying gloves, booties, and masks for home health aides. Filling and readying client and employee charts for storage. Assisting the director, scheduling coordinators, billing coordinator, and nurses when needed.
Job Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel and Word Basic computer literacy and ability to effectively learn new software programs. Proficient in documentation skills Knowledgeable of current policies and HIPAA compliance laws. Excellent communication skills Excellent organization skills
