Sponsler Donley Ford of Mount Vernon is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our office team. As an Office Clerk, you will act as a Dealership Administrative Coordinator. With locations in Ashland, Mount Vernon, and Shelby, this role is a great entry point into the automotive industry for someone who wants to build a long-term career — not just fill a seat. You'll support daily office operations, manage records, and work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly, with real opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility roles as you gain dealership experience.

Support daily office functions including filing, data entry, basic accounting, and document preparation Maintain and organize dealership files, records, and documentation Help manage inventory and order office supplies Serve as a friendly point of contact for customer inquiries Partner with sales, service, and finance teams to keep office operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
