Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9AM-4PM) Position Summary Home Exteriors is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative & Permitting Specialist to support our daily operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating permitting, maintaining municipality compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, and can effectively manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track building permit applications for residential home improvement projects. Maintain company compliance by managing licensing, registration, bonding, and insurance requirements with local municipalities. Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming customer calls and providing outstanding customer service. Schedule and coordinate in-home estimate appointments. Follow up with prospective customers and previous estimates to help generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Communicate professionally with customers, municipalities, and internal team members. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems. Previous administrative, office, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred. Experience in the construction, home improvement, or permitting industry is a plus, but not required.
