Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The right person will take ownership of equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant. This is a 1st or 2nd shift direct hire position. 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair machinery and plant systemsDiagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issuesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipmentHandle electrical and plumbing work as neededTroubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus)Assist with continuous improvement and support other departments when requiredQualificationsStrong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting from 5V DC up to 480V 3-phaseExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systemsFamiliarity with PLC software (RS5/RS500 or similar) preferredExposure to robotics or automated manufacturing a plusDie casting or foundry experience beneficial but not requiredMust be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, variable-temperature environmentWilling to work overtime or weekends when production requiresInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
