Responsibilities Manage client intake by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and collecting necessary documentation with precision and efficiency Facilitate internal communication among healthcare providers, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure seamless information flow Enter data accurately into electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Assist with insurance third-party billing processes by verifying coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding payments Provide excellent customer service via phone communication, responding promptly to inquiries, clarifying appointment details, and guiding clients through the intake process Support revenue cycle management activities by tracking payments, updating client records, and ensuring timely documentation of services rendered Maintain organized schedules for providers and staff, managing appointment calendars to optimize workflow and reduce scheduling conflicts Skills Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and health insurance processes Proficiency in Google platform, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes Knowledge of managed care principles and electronic health records (EHR) management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear client interaction and internal correspondence Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with revenue cycle management practices including billing procedures and insurance claim processing Join our team to help streamline healthcare access while providing outstanding support that makes a difference!
