Job Description

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking an Administration Support person to join our team in St. Marys, Ohio, where they will provide customer service and administrative duties at the front desk.

Job Duties:
Answering phones, Greeting customers, Notifying staff of client arrival, Triaging calls, Scheduling/confirming appointments, Accessing reports Performing other general office duties. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have one year of related experience as a telephone receptionist
Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel Preferred Qualifications:
