Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Kelly is seeking a Branch Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support a busy healthcare branch in Sharonville, Ohio. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare providers while providing administrative and customer service support. If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling high-volume calls, and enjoy helping people, this could be a great opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Customer Support Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls professionally Provide friendly, professional, and patient-focused customer service Order & Data Management Create and manage patient orders in company systems Accurately enter and update patient information Monitor incoming faxes and ensure documentation is processed appropriately Maintain accurate and complete records Insurance & Billing Support Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations Collect and organize documentation required for billing Maintain accurate billing information and process payments as needed Scheduling & Coordination Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and clinical teams Help ensure equipment and services are provided in a timely manner Records & Administrative Support Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements Provide general administrative support to the branch team Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, medical office, healthcare, or administrative support Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 Comfortable working with multi-line phone systems and high-volume calls Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment Professional and compassionate approach when working with patients Why Consider This Opportunity?
