Job Description
Administrative Assistant Community Care/ACT/Primary Care MHS currently has multiple administrative assistant positions available in our growing programs. Administrative Assistant-Community Care (Formerly BHR)/ACT/Primary Care The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, entering information, processing payments and general customer service. Administrative Assistants with MHS support our outpatient clinics for both behavioral health and primary care teams. Prior experience working with mental/behavioral health clients or addiction clients preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems required. This is a fast paced office serving both Clark County clients, based out of our Community Care office on High Street in Springfield.
