Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking eager and compassionate Front Office team members to join our growing team in Springfield!

What Youll Do:
Providing excellent customer service to patients, families and staff by greeting, answering questions etc.

Scheduling appointments and collecting paperwork and/or payments Answering phone callsServe as a trusted resource to patients, providing reassurance and clear communicationOccasional travel to other OA offices to provide support
