Strongsville, OH 6 week contract opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card, when applicable When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description An established employer is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support its HR and colleague care functions. This position provides day-to-day administrative support, assists employees with questions, processes timekeeping and HR documentation, and helps maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. The role may also assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and special HR projects. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR and colleague care team with daily administrative and clerical tasks, special events, and projects Assist employees with inquiries and work toward timely resolution of concerns Collect, verify, and submit HR, payroll, timekeeping, expense, and related documentation Review and process production employee time and attendance within the timekeeping system Support recruiting, candidate pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, visitor assistance, and general office operations as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Ability to learn and use new software programs quickly and efficiently Familiarity with business phone systems, copiers, fax machines, computers, and printers Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and customer-service skills Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00
