About Your Role We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our Ohio office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently day in and day out. This person will manage our day-to-day facilities and cultivate a welcoming environment for both our team members and visitors. This is a part-time position in the Uniontown, Ohio office with the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:30pm. How You'll Make an Impact Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk. Enthusiastically greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensure they sign in properly, and notify their internal hosts. Maintain clean and organized shared spaces and conference rooms throughout the day, and keep the reception lobby immaculate. Act as the primary liaison with building management, reporting and coordinating repairs for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical issues while ensuring proper building security. Retrieve, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages. Manage all outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Coordinate with Atlanta Office Manager to keep an accurate track of office supply inventory and ordering materials before stocks run low. Keep bathrooms and kitchens fully stocked with snacks, drinks, utensils, and paper products. Responsible for the set-up and clean-up of catering for corporate meetings. Help plan office celebrations and team lunches and lead seasonal office decorations. Serve as the point person for workplace safety, coordinating fire inspections, tracking emergency contacts, maintaining evacuation information, and managing routine recycling and secure shredding services.
