Currently seeking a Assistant Admin. TLA has a new approach to providing a foundation for learning. Our commitment is to deliver a high quality educational setting and care to children ages 6 weeks-12 years. Our team will provide you with a professional, fun, and rewarding environment.
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Must know Teaching Strategies & Tadpoles.
  • Work cooperatively with other outstanding teachers
  • Engage in and supervise children's age appropriate activities according to state mandated licensing requirements
  • Facilitate and model strategies for independent problem solving
  • Experience working with children
  • CDA or BA required for preschool position
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Continue education and training while employeed.

  • CDA or higher education High School Education required Teachers with AAS, BA, or master degrees in early childhood education or child development is a plus We are located in Westerville Ohio.
