Position Overview This position plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping launch new personal injury cases. You'll work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and office staff to ensure files are accurately created, clients receive excellent service, and important details never fall through the cracks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities Open and organize new client files Enter and maintain accurate information in our case management software Prepare correspondence and legal documents Scan, upload, and organize electronic records Answer phones and assist clients with professionalism and empathy Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks Ensure files remain organized and complete throughout the life of each case Assist with office projects and day-to-day operations What We're Looking For We're much more interested in who you are than what your résumé says.
