This is a part-time position, with a likely schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | Approximately 15 hours per week.

Compensation:
$18-23 per hour, depending on experience, organizational ability, and overall fit. About the Position I'm looking for a dependable, highly organized Household Operations Manager who enjoys creating order, building systems, and taking ownership of a home. This is much more than a housekeeping position. I'm looking for someone who naturally sees what needs attention, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping a household running efficiently. Responsibilities Keep the household operating smoothly and efficiently, organize drawers, cabinets, closets, storage areas, and household supplies. Create and maintain organized systems throughout the home. Organize and help manage my personal calendar. Schedule and track medical, dental, personal, and other appointments. Pay household bills and assist with basic household administration. Run local errands including shopping, returns, post office, banking, and miscellaneous tasks. Coordinate and manage household vendors including: House cleaners, Lawn care, Pool service, Maintenance, and repair professionals Walk the property regularly and proactively identify maintenance or organizational needs before they become problems. Help coordinate my nonprofit volunteer commitments, organize meeting schedules, print meeting materials when needed, and assist with tracking events and attendance. Keep household inventory stocked and organized. Recommend improvements that make the home function more efficiently. Assist with miscellaneous household and administrative projects as needed.
