Job Description
Job Overview Customer service experience required to be considered Part-time night auditor(Saturday and Sundays from 11pm-7am) Must be available during the AM or PM during the 3 weeks of training. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or executives using digital tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Handle data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software. Assist with administrative support tasks such as typing reports, organizing files, and supporting personal assistant responsibilities when needed. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly to facilitate daily operations. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in person and over the phone. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse clientele. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and general office management software. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in clerical roles or as a personal assistant is a plus for supporting various administrative functions.
