Looking for a flexible on-campus job? Join the K20 Center team and gain valuable professional experience while supporting daily office operations. Student employees enjoy flexible work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, making it easy to balance work and class schedules. The K20 Center is located on the Research Campus of OU, near the National Weather Center. Student employee responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks to help ensure the office runs smoothly. Assist with administrative tasks (i.e., filing, scanning, copying, and document management) Prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and events (i.e., organize participant folders, make copies) Set up and clean up rooms for meetings, workshops, and events (i.e., arrange tables and chairs, wipe down tables and counter tops, Help with daily operations of the K20 Center as needed (i.e., restock refreshments, maintain the cleanliness of the office, support staff as needed) Work the front desk when the Visitor and Office Support Specialist is unavailable (i.e., answer phone calls, record and relay phone messages to staff) Check daily mail and received packages are distributed to the appropriate staff Help monitor and inventory office and kitchen supplies This is a great opportunity to build workplace skills, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to meaningful educational programs that impact education across Oklahoma.Required Education:
