Job Description
Duties Maintain organized filing systems for project documents, contracts, and correspondence Perform data entry tasks with precision using Google Drive like Docs, Sheets, and etc Support project teams by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion while supporting client communication and customer service efforts Gather up all supporting documents from JE Team for billing purposes Job monitoring and support for all fixed construction jobs Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Google Drive Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills and professional email skills Strong typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, and time management skills Previous clerical or administrative experience in a construction or related industry is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude
