An Office or Administrative Assistant performs administrative work in an office. Works in a wide variety of office settings, such as a company or business, or a government office or school. Manages paper and electronic files, uses office equipment including computers, responds to phone calls and emails, routes mail and maintains calendars and schedules.
Ensure the integrity of the corporate procurement policy is maintained and implemented Coordinate the smooth orderly flow of service, materials, and equipment to keep the plant safe, profitable, and operating proficiently Maintain production and shipping inventory levels in the Microsoft D365 system Provide entry level administrative support of Human Resources department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Enter, prepare, reconcile, and distribute daily production and packaging reports in Excel and Microsoft D365 system Weekly balance inventory, prepare tank gauge report and distribute Review traffic report and reconcile with Microsoft D365 system Collect and process CBO receipts in Excel and Microsoft D365 system Prepare reports and reconcile inventory for month end close Prepare and maintain various daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding production and inventories Prepare month end reports and reconciliation. Human Resources Scan, file, and electronically organize employee records and HR documents to ensure completeness and compliance. Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications Support employee engagement, coordinating meetings, activities, and initiatives. Provide support in day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, and exit interviews. Support weekly timekeeping and payroll processes in collaboration with the Supervisors and Plant Administrative Manager. Assist with miscellaneous HR related projects and tasks as assigned. Support leadership with administrative, operational and HR information. Update Monthly Financial Reports Answer phones Serve as backup as needed for other administrative assistants Other administrative duties as required by the Plant Administrative Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
