Job Description
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support our growing team and business development functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office.Responsibilities:
Provide support to corporate office team members Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service Process sales orders and payments in accordance with established company policies Execute purchases, including creating, issuing, and confirming purchase orders Create and execute a social media strategy and calendar to boost brand awareness across multiple platforms Prepare and maintain various reports Perform additional duties as assignedSimilar remote jobs
