Responsibilities Answers phone and transfers or connects quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line telephone system. Greets clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office in professional and friendly manner and alerts appropriate personnel. Manages incoming and outgoing mail. Performs other clerical work as requested such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, binding, and stuffing envelopes. Schedules client meetings and maintains staff calendars. Delivers tax returns and invoices to clients. Runs errands, as necessary, to support administrative requirements as defined by Office Coordinator or Partners. Works closely with Office Coordinator to assist with other projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone switchboard Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
