POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to provide secretarial, recordkeeping, and organizational services at the Family Resource Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Fingerprint-based criminal history verification clearance. Two years of progressively responsible clerical experience. Knowledge of modern office methods, practices, procedures, and computer operations. Ability to operate machines/equipment as required on assignment, i.e. typing 45 wpm. Ability to maintain confidentiality in performing assigned tasks. Ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with students, parents and staff. Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions. May be required to obtain a First Aid Card and/or serve as a Designated First Aid Provider. Posess a Driver's License
