The Program Administrator will provide leadership and management of the RTH, help ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, support staff supervision, and help maintain a safe, trauma-informed, person-centered environment. Duties Help prepare for the Oregon RTH licensing process Oversee daily operations and program quality Support budget planning and facility readiness Supervise House Manager, Direct Care Staff, relief staff, and on-call staff Ensure proper staff coverage and staff training compliance Help create or review policies and procedures Ensure resident services follow each Residential Service Plan Maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping Support admission, transition, and discharge planning Coordinate with CMHP, clinical providers, medical providers, and other partners Help prepare for inspections, corrections, and compliance reviews Experience Minimum 2 years of mental health or behavioral health experience Experience working with individuals with persistent and severe mental illness Experience in a licensed residential, behavioral health, or human services program Experience supervising staff and managing program operations Experience with documentation, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance Must be able to provide resume, references, and verification of experience Must be able to pass required Oregon background checks Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oregon OHA licensing Experience with RTH, RTF, behavioral health housing, crisis services, or residential treatment Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of resident rights, medication support, crisis response, and safety procedures Supervisory Relationships At Anchor & Rose , the Program Administrator reports to the Owner/Managing Member and directly supervises the House Manager and Direct Care Staff. Schedule Minimum 20 hours per week Additional hours may be needed for emergencies, licensing requirements, staff training, meetings, or program needs Job Type Contract Part-time Possible future Administrator role after licensing approval Pay $35-$45 per hour Benefits No benefits at this time.
