Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Perform data entry tasks accurately, including invoicing, record keeping, and updating databases using QuickBooks and other software Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events with attention to detail Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs both in person and over the phone Experience Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to support diverse client interactions Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus for managing financial records accurately Strong typing skills along with proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documents Prior experience in customer support or customer service roles that require excellent communication skills Join us in a role where your organizational prowess, positive attitude, and dedication will make a real difference!
