Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Primary duties include:
  • General office administration and organizational tasks
  • Coordinating shipping, deliveries, and logistics
  • Preparing and maintaining shipping documents
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate company and project data
  • Assisting with project scheduling and tracking deadlines
  • Organizing digital files, records, and documents
  • Communicating with vendors, customers, and team members
  • Providing general administrative support as needed The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and has good computer and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 4'5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20'25 hours per week). Office Clerks, General
