This individual will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes while supporting the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board and residents. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail (US & HOA mailbox). Maintain organized electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Process HOA dues and record payments for bookkeeper. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases. Communicate concerns and complaints to appropriate board and chairpersons. Oversee management and security of keys, gates and sheds. Notify homeowners of maintenance needs and upcoming events as needed. Assist Board with coordination of annual meeting, including election ballots and any additional requirements. Handle administrative tasks such as Clubhouse usage, and office supply procurements. Proficiency in creating and maintaining and filing: MS Word documents MS Excel spreadsheets MS Outlook Answering and taking notes from inbound calls Approximately 7.5 hrs. per week Tuesdays & Wednesdays
  • 9:00 to 1:00 Thursdays 1:00
  • 4:30. + Flex Time $18
  • 20 per hour, commensurate with experience

$16.00
