Job Overview The Project Assistant supports the Project Coordinator by performing administrative and project support tasks to ensure residential projects move efficiently from sale through completion. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate project records, assisting with customer communication, coordinating documentation, and completing day-to-day production tasks. The Project Assistant serves as a key support role, allowing the Project Coordinator to focus on scheduling, resource planning, and project oversight. Responsibilities Keep customers updated Bi- weekly on project status Document management ensuring all documents are properly uploaded and distributed to engineers, permitting, crews, and customers Oversee pre-project planning including job packets, toilets, inspections, locates are properly scheduled and crews can successfully start project Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in-person communication with clients and crew members Maintain accurate data entry records using tools like Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for financial tracking Ensure field documentation is uploaded Close out projects ensuring proper inspections, inspection letters, and municipality closeouts have been completed and filed Handle all inbound production calls to ensure proper escalation Producing warranty documentation Perform additional administrative duties to support the Project Coordinator Requirements Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction experience Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse teams and clients Ability to manage time efficiently while supporting multiple projects simultaneously Accuracy and timeliness of project documentation Timely completion of assigned administrative tasks Customer communication responsiveness
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
