Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, your energetic approach and attention to detail will help our office to run efficiently. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and multitasking, to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls and schedule service appointments with great attention to detail and accuracy Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email Perform data entry, filing, and customer records maintenance with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Assist with social media/website updates in a timely manner Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and great attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard applications Experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling, data entry and filing Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in all tasks Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference!
