Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office / Manufacturing Assistant to join our small-sized manufacturing team. This role consists of a variety of duties within our office and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting both administrative and manufacturing functions. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform final clean, label and bagging of product per work instructions Handle all incoming inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and vendors either via phone or email Maintain accurate records through filing Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing Perform Inventory, Shipping and Receiving duties, as needed; Occasional lifting may be required, up to 50 lbs. possible Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies Perform other tasks as needed, may include basic soldering and component prep Requirements Must be able to read/write and speak well in English Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Willing to work with tools and soldering equipment, as needed Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client interaction via phone or email Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy Must be reliable, dependable, and have good work ethics. Willing to learn and punctual. Benefits Offered:
