Hillsboro, OR Job Details Part-time $35 - $45 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Program management Staff training Organizational skills Performing background checks Leadership Full Job Description Amen Elder Care LLC is seeking an experienced Program Administrator for a proposed Oregon Residential Treatment Home (RTH) serving up to five adults with mental-health conditions. Retired and semi-retired behavioral-health professionals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Residential Treatment Home. Help ensure compliance with OAR Chapter 309, Division 35 and other applicable requirements. Supervise, train, and support residential program staff. Maintain accurate resident, personnel, training, and compliance records. Assist with individual assessments, residential service plans, policies, and procedures. Promote residents' rights, safety, dignity, independence, and well-being. Coordinate with the Oregon Health Authority, community mental-health programs, healthcare providers, case managers, and other involved agencies. Help prepare the program for licensing inspections and ongoing compliance reviews. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, complaints, and required reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing or supervising an Oregon RTH, RTF, mental-health residential program, or similar behavioral-health service. Training and demonstrated experience providing care and treatment appropriate for adults with mental-health conditions. Knowledge of OAR Chapter 309, Division 35. Experience with staff supervision, training, documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to pass all required Oregon background checks. Familiarity with trauma-informed and person-centered services is preferred.
Job details:
