OVERVIEW
The Substitute Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Operations team in assigned school districts.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments within assigned school districts. Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records. Regular attendance in-office is required. Other duties as assigned by Manager.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
