Direct Hire Office Coordinator Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Office Coordinator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative,munications, and event support in a collaborative, fast-paced law firm environment.
LOCATION
 
Portland, OR SALARY:
 $55k-$62k/yr. DOE | Direct-Hire
SCHEDULE
 Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
Play a highly visible role at the center of daily operations, serving as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams. Gain hands-on experience across office administration,munications, event planning, business development, and law firm operations in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively across departments while building valuable professional services experience and growing youranizational and project coordination skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage front desk operations by greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing calls, coordinating conference room schedules, and maintaining a professional and weing office environment. Provide administrative and operational support, including calendar management, document preparation, scheduling, office coordination, and assistance to attorneys and staff. Support internal and externalmunications by updating and intranet content, proofreading materials, and maintaining accurate firm information and records. Coordinate firm events, CLE programs, sponsorships, and business development activities while collaborating with administrative teams to support day-to-day operations and ensure timelypletion of projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management tools, with strong administrative skills in calendar management, scheduling, and conference room coordination; experience with or intranet platforms is a plus. Stronganizational, multitasking, andmunication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities, with the ability to managepeting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, professional, and service-focused with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to event coordination andmunications, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 1+ year of administrative or office experience required; 2+ years preferred, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment, or an equivalentbination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires prolonged desk andputer work, frequent in-person and phonemunication, and the ability to occasionally lift or move office materials and event supplies up to 20 pounds.
