Job Description
Office Coordinator Prineville, Oregon | Full-Time | In-Person Centerline Drilling Inc. is a Central Oregon-based contractor specializing in drilling, substations, renewable energy, heavy civil construction, and horizontal boring. Our crews support critical power, utility, and infrastructure projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Our work ranges from drilled foundations and complete substation civil packages to utility-scale solar and BESS projects, mass grading, underground utilities, access roads, and horizontal directional drilling. With experienced field crews, specialized equipment, and strong project support, we have the capabilities to take on complex projects from the ground down. Centerline Drilling Inc. is looking for an organized, dependable, and adaptable Office Coordinator to join our team in Prineville, Oregon. This position provides administrative and operational support across several areas of the company. The Office Coordinator may assist Fleet, HR, general office administration, employee technology needs, and other departments or projects as needs arise. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable learning new things, willing to take initiative, and able to adjust as priorities change. What You'll Do Provide general administrative and office support to departments including Fleet, HR, and other areas of the company as needed. Assist with fleet-related paperwork, records, and coordination. Maintain and organize company records, files, spreadsheets, and documentation. Coordinate employee phone and tablet setup, assist with basic technology and system access needs, and work with the company's outside IT provider for computer setup and other IT support. Assist with data entry, emails, phone calls, and other general office tasks. Support department projects and changing priorities throughout the company. Run occasional local company errands Provide office coverage as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new programs, systems, and technology. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. Dependable, professional, and willing to assist in different areas of the company. Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions. Previous administrative or office experience. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally drive for company business. Current automobile insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
