Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides support to managers and employees, assists in daily office needs, and manages the company's general administrative activities Principle Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leaders to enable day-to-day operations for their teams and initiatives Comprehensive calendar management: Manage daily calendars, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust and prioritize schedules Meeting organization: Scheduling, preparation, producing meaningful notes/reports from those meetings and providing follow-up on deliverables/outcomes Partner with the team to build efficiencies within the team and improve alignment and communication Handle expense and time entry approvals and provide reporting as needed to measure how we are performing Coordinate travel as requested Assist with project coordination within the team Assist/coordinate new employees onto the team Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information Qualifications Minimum high school diploma Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration/accounting; however, 3 to 5 years is preferred Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.) The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
